Natasya Cleaning Services was born from the shared vision of a passionate couple who believed that cleanliness is not just about appearance, but a reflection of care, comfort, and wellbeing. With a deep love for hygiene and a heart to help busy individuals and families maintain clean, peaceful homes, they started their journey with humble beginnings—cleaning homes themselves with dedication and pride.
As word spread and demand grew, they began to assemble a small team of like-minded individuals who shared their values. With each new client and every sparkling room, their reputation flourished. What started as a two-person mission soon evolved into a trusted local cleaning company known for its reliability, professionalism, and friendly service.
Today, Natasya Cleaning Services is proud to serve residential, commercial, and corporate clients across Klang Valley and beyond. From maid services to post-renovation cleaning and move-in/move-out support, we’ve grown into a full-scale cleaning solution—while keeping that same personal touch we started with.
Every member of our team is trained to meet the highest standards, and our commitment to customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do. We are more than just a cleaning company—we’re a community built on trust, passion, and sparkling results.
Began in 2000 and has grown to include more than 5000 customer a month across Klang Valley .
Our company was founded in the Cheras- Kuala Lumpur uptown area in 1999 as one of the first whole house cleaning services in the region. In 2000, Mrs Sue and Mr John start the company and broadened its scope to serve even more clients.
This quality commitment and reputation for excellent service attracted outside investors. In 2008, the company announced a majority transformation to Natasya Cleaning Services . This exciting change didn’t mean a complete overhaul:
The management team did not change and John continued on in his leadership position as a leader with Mrs Sue by his side. We are excited to announce a new era of growth for both new and existing units under the guidance from both of them.
